HANSKEY is a factory specializing in the production of mobile phone tempered glass films, established in 2010. We currently operate two facilities: one in Hubei, which primarily manufactures high-end 3D etched glass films, and one in Dongguan, which specializes in 2.5D tempered glass films. Our facilities cover an area of 2,800 square meters and employ approximately 110 workers. We are equipped with 28 automated CNC machines, 18 polishing machines, 4 lamination lines, and 2 plasma spraying machines. Equipped with professional automated production lines and specialized quality inspection equipment, our facilities can meet diverse customer requirements across various quality and price points. In addition to our own glass film brand, we offer OEM services, providing customized products and solutions tailored to our clients’ sales channels. We also serve as a contract manufacturer for major domestic and international brands, delivering consistent quality at competitive prices. Our History:
→ 2010
Hanskey was founded in 2010. We started out as a small factory producing screen protectors for mobile phones, capable of making only the most basic clear screen protectors.The factory was just 1,000 square meters in size, with a few machines and 18 workers.
→ 2014
We have expanded our factory to a total area of 3,000 square meters and added new product lines, enabling us to produce 2.5D and 3D smartphone screen protectors to meet the diverse needs of our customers. Our workforce has quadrupled, and we now import glass from Asahi Glass to meet the OEM requirements of high-end brand clients. We also participated in the Canton Fair.
→ 2017
We have built a new 5,000-square-meter factory in Hubei dedicated to the front-end processes of manufacturing complex glass films. The new facility primarily features fully automated machinery and cleanrooms, and we have begun developing our own brand.
→ 2023 till now
Our own brand is growing rapidly, with an ever-increasing number of distributors, and our quality and designs are well-received by customers. We participate in trade shows in Russia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Dubai every year. Our base of OEM clients is also steadily growing.
